Online Scams and how to avoid them.
The internet is a fantastic phenomenon, and using it has made it much easier for all of us, to access information and services that would require a lot of work to obtain, no more than 25 years ago, when the internet was a thing of the future.
Personally, I don’t know how many times I have asked Google just this week. Most of my purchases are done online, and I even work from home using the internet.
With Desktops, Laptops, Pads, and Smartphones, we can be online anytime and anywhere.
One can easily live one’s life without ever having to leave the hous, as long as there is an internet connection. A disturbing thought and definitely not something I would recommend, but with today’s technology it is a choice we have.
But as with most things, progress and possibilities comes with a backside. Unfortunately there are individuals out there who make their living exploiting others, and the endless possibilities of the internet has provided these individuals with even more tools to achieve their goals and if we’re not aware of the dangers and pits, we can soon find ourselves in the cold grasp of a ruthless scam artist.
The scams online are countless, but on this site I will try to expose some of the most common ones, describe how they work, and what their objective is.
I hope you will find this information useful.
